I'm finding it unbelievably difficult to stick to my diet since I started this new job. Junk food abounds, and my self control is lacking! 2009/05/08

My in-laws all ran a 10K race at the weekend, which hubby and I went down to watch. I hope that by October, I'll be able to join in! 2009/05/05

Yesterday I spent 5 hours cleaning the kitchen. A lot of bending, stretching, climbing and reaching. Plus ate almost solid protein all day. 2009/04/19
